9.00 am - 1.00 pm: Seminar - book here.

2.00 pm - 4.30 pm: CLT Master Class - book here.

Join us for a one-day Seminar and Master Class where we will look at what’s happening internationally on the growing use of Cross Laminated Timber for major regeneration projects.

The seminar case studies include Elephant & Castle, Ickburgh Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties School in Hackney and the unique ‘Wood City’ in Central Helsinki’s Jätkäsaari dockland district. They will illustrate CLT’s role in the regeneration of public and residential buildings, as well as specialist educational and health applications where the material’s comfort & wellbeing benefits are a consideration.

The afternoon Master Class welcomes an international team of specialist engineers and experts who will present the latest CLT knowledge on topics ranging from fire and acoustics to costing, designing for manufacture and an informative round-up of R&D activities currently underway in Central Europe.
