PVs are about to force themselves back into the forefront of building related renewables having for many years been the high-profile technology hampered by a long payback. Now advances in technology, falling prices and new approaches to funding along with the government´s new feed-in tariff proposals are promising to make photovoltaics a central issue in sustainable architecture.
