This year’s annual Towards a Greener Industry talk will be given by Robin Nicholson, senior partner of Edward Cullinan Architects and Convenor of The Edge – a multi-disciplinary think tank for the built environment. Having been involved in many of the major professional initiatives to bring about a low carbon industry he is well placed to review the progress we have made in the past two decades. He will also examine the opportunities offered by Paul Morrell's Innovation and Growth Team report. “Consumption used to be a fatal condition.” is his opening observation as we search for a cure to our modern consumptive ailment.

Includes a panel discussion with Lynne Sullivan OBE - Sustainable By Design, Ian Cooper - Eclipse Research Consultants and Mark Whitby. Followed by drinks reception.

Places are free. Booking essential.

Towards a Greener Industry is the third of The building Centre's sustainability talks sponsored by GPDA
