The government has redefined zero carbon and the new description is slightly Orwellian! Some commentators believe that the costs of zero carbon buildings make them impossible to justify whilst others believe that we’ll never achieve a zero carbon society if we don’t start setting those targets now. Developers, architects, engineers and technology suppliers will set out their stalls and help us to answer the question: is zero too low to go?
