Building Performance is a new series of events where a project team presents their approach to achieving a successful building for the client and occupants. Each event presents a close examination of a completed project, focussing on a wide range of performance criteria - from urban and social aspirations, to ideas of design and cost efficiencies, energy, comfort and well being - to provide insight into the collaboration of design team members.

The first Building Performance will feature 160 Tooley Street a 18,500m office development in London nicknamed the ‘Lean Office’, which features hollow columns that supply air from the roof as part of an holistic approach to integrate structure, building services and architecture; this approach resulted in achieving a BREEAM very good rating.

Presentations will be given by members of the design team from Allford Hall Monaghan Morris and Arup, followed by a chaired discussion.

This event is free of charge.

CPD Certificates will be provided.
