£2.5m Retail Refurbishment in Cheltenham Features Tobermore Landscape

Gallagher Retail Park in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, offers a range of the UK's top high street stores and has recently been extended with additional clothing and furniture outlets and eateries including Costa, Greggs and Subway, following a £2.5 million refurbishment.

Longcross Construction managed the construction of the new stores which were designed by RPS in Birmingham and built by Smiths Ltd. The refurbishment is hoped to enhance the number of visitors to the town of Cheltenham and create more investment in the area.

The extension of Gallagher Retail Park inspired the redevelopment of the landscape which features a variety of Tobermore’s world class paving products. Tobermore’s sparking Sienna block paving in Silver has been installed alongside Mayfair Flags in subtle Sandstone. Both of these beautiful products showcase a stunning granite aggregate surface layer that create a unique, modern appearance, similar to natural granite.

Tobermore’s Tegula Setts in rich Heather and Charcoal are also installed on site. Tegula Setts are a vintage themed product that produce an aged, cobbled look. The inclusion of Tegula Setts provide a lovely traditional contrast to the modern finishes of Sienna and Mayfair Flags.

Additionally, Tobermore’s Tactile Flags in a Blister finish in the soft tone of Buff are featured at Gallagher Retail Park as a sensory paving solution.
