Quinn Compla flat panel designer radiators have been specified as standard in a luxury housing development led by Greenwich Partnership LLP, a joint venture between Wilmott Dixon and the Hyde Group.
Prime Place is a development of 180 high specification one, two and three bedroom apartments in Greenwich and forms the residential part of the Movement, a mixed use scheme that is regenerating the former industrial site.
Wilmott Dixon specified 1500 flat panel designer radiators to match the contemporary style of the exclusive apartments and plumbing contractor DPL recommended the Quinn Compla radiator.
A representative from Wilmott Dixon, explains: Prime Place is a development that will live up to its name in every way. Housed in an architecturally striking ten storey building, the apartments have a contemporary open plan layout so we specified a flat panel radiator with clean lines and smooth finish to complement the overall aesthetic of the interior.?
Steve Ward from plumbing contractor DPL, comments: We are seeing increasing demand for flat fronted radiators as they bridge the gap between standard panel and higher end designer radiators. We recommended Quinn Radiators because we work with them regularly and know they offer competitive pricing and guaranteed supply, with short order to delivery times.?
The Quinn Compla is a contemporary radiator with a completely smooth front, clean lines and slim profile, finished with a top grille and decorative side panels. The sleek front has been designed to fit in with modern interiors for both new and retrofit projects.
Steve Ward, southern sales director from Quinn Radiators, comments: Radiators are still the most popular form of heating for new builds but house builders are increasingly realising that they don?t need to compromise on style. House builders and other specifiers are looking for radiators that optimise the space they are developing, so our Compla model is ideal because it is a slim line minimalist radiator which provides a high heat output but takes up very little living space. Flat fronted radiators like this are becoming very popular because they offer a minimalist designer appearance as an alternative to a bolder feature radiator, at an affordable price.
Quinn Radiators is the only radiator company to not only manufacture all its products in the UK but also to source 100% of the steel from Britain as well. This means customers benefit from consistent quality, guaranteed supply with just a days notice, reduced environmental impacts and transport costs, ten year guarantees and after sales technical support.
