Klober Permo® air for Victorian church restoration

In 2010, St Mary’s Church in Westry near March was the subject of an arson attack which gutted the building. When specifying for the £550,000 first stage of the restoration architect Shona McKay of Archimage Architects specified Klober Permo air roofing underlay.

Unlike vapour permeable underlays, Permo air has far greater breathability and as a result of its low vapour resistance the NHBC has endorsed its use without supporting high level ventilation. Permo air has also  been independently tested for breathability by the BRE.
