Leading designer and manufacturer Washroom Washroom recently showed its versatility by combining specifications from its joinery and washroom divisions for a top to bottom refurbishment of Castlewood House on New Oxford Street.
Starting from the ground up, Washroom Washroom specified a consistent use of high end products throughout the building’s common spaces and washrooms. In the lobby and reception areas, and with the commercial nature of the building in mind, Washroom specified stylish and durable materials such as glass and real wood veneers for lift fascias and reception desks as well as using feature cladding and high spec door sets to create a classically sleek look that carried throughout the building.
The high spec and hardwearing theme was carried through into the male and female washrooms where Washroom Washroom’s specified its Senza glass full height WC cubicles and matching Concerto WC ducts. Quartz Stone tops and frames were added to maintain a modern and stylish space.
Trevor Bowers, Director at Washroom Washroom said: The project was very exciting as a consistent and high end design was required to carry through both common and washroom areas. Washroom Washroom was able to lend its expertise to deliver not only the specialist washroom knowledge required but also the joinery expertise in order to create a modern and dramatic looking building. This project reinforces that Washroom Washroom is capable of designing and manufacturing specifications to suit any environment or occasion to an exceptional standard.”
