BE: the journal of The Built Environment Trust assembles a crowd of voices to inform, inspire and contemplate the role of architecture, engineering and construction in our world.
Expanding on The Building Centre programme, the BE: journal brings together facets of the built environment, and those who design it, build it and live within it, to explore what we need to do to build better.
The first and second issues of the BE: journal are now available to buy online, at The Building Centre, or at selected stockists.
BE: has been selected by Library Journal as a Best Magazine of 2017
BE is a beautiful journal, a product of thoughtful and creative design… The magazine looks and feels like quality, and reading its articles confirms these first impressions… Horace, after all, felt that poetry should “instruct and delight.” BE serves this dual function.
