With 38 profiles of sustainably produced PVCu beads manufactured in compliance with 9001:2001, Renderplas innovates and delivers render beads, and plaster beads, to exacting specifications around the world.
In the UK, BSEN 13914-1:2005 (External Rendering) is maintained for all Renderplas beading. And with a Renderplas bead having a carbon footprint that's a fraction of its metal bead competition, it offers a genuinely green building choice over traditional Stainless Steel beads.
For use in external envelopes that range from Sand and Cement to proprietary Wall Covering Systems, Renderplas has high performance alternatives to corrosive or insubstantial plastic beads that have been made available in the past and that have a tendency to stain or break down over time.
100% recycled impact modified exterior grade PVCu is used to make white beads with up to 96% recycled PVCu in coloured beads designed to match the majority of coloured renders.
