Web Content Administrator / Information Consultant
The Information Resources Department provides construction product information to professionals, students and members of the general public both in person and online via specifinder.com.
We are looking for someone with good computer skills and an interest in the construction industry to join our team.
Main Duties:
- Updating and Maintaining content on our product directory, specifinder.com
- Assisting visitors to our Information Desks with building product queries and providing them with manufacturers' literature.
- Actively seeking product and industry news to add to our website along with news from our subscribers.
Other Duties:
- Fulfilling brochure requests which come in from specifinder.com
- Providing support in the maintenance of our brochure store
- Providing general administrative support to the Information department including carrying out mailshots and data inputting.
- Providing support to all other departmental activities as and when required.
Knowledge of the Construction Industry, HTML and Software packages such as Dreamweaver, Photoshop and Databases would be an advantage, but are not essential.
